6) it's plenty cushy

cons:
1) there aren't any extra screws in the event of accidentally stripping a screw
2) the velcro straps and holds are a turn off, but they are out of sight
3) the assembly instructions could be better. After affixing the seat& back assembly to each arm, the directions will tell you to place the other short screws &nuts & washers onto the assembly, then tell you to slide the back and seat on top of the assembly. DON'T! After attaching the assemblies to the arms, widen the assemblies to a flat position, then lay the seat down on top of the assembly holes to screw it in place, and do the same for the back.
4) the material is a pet hair magnet, lol
